Sociedad de Producción Rural Unión de Ejidos y Comunidades San Fernando - MEXICO ORGANIC CHIAPAS HG EP ROYAL SELECT WATER DECAF coffee is curated from lots that the Royal team has selected based on cup profile, physical preparation, and potential to express excellently once decaffeinated. During the water process, the green coffee is pre-soaked in water to expand the beans for caffeine extraction. The hydrated green coffee is then introduced to a unique solution of concentrated coffee solubles that draw out the caffeine while minimizing the loss of flavor compounds. Once the caffeine has been removed the green coffee is re-dried and re-bagged for transport, and the extract solution is filtered of its caffeine and recycled to be used again.

Best decaf coffee ever roasted

This has been our go to decaf coffee for over 10 years. We love its bold chocolate flavor. I love the new packaging ( I also loved the traditional packaging in the coffee cans). We order a case at a time and every single bag is fresh. Thank you for making a decaf coffee that we love drinking.

I have a long history with Cafe Altura, and order it regularly, instead of buying coffee at the local grocery story, which would be a lot easier. One comment, tho: you mention my order of 10/23, which arrived in good time. I ordered again on 11/4, and have not received your usual acknowledgement of the order, which concerns me. My credit union shows that the money was subtracted the same day, 11/4, so I am hoping to receive an email acknowledging the order, soon. FIVE STARS for the coffee. Occasionally less for the service. Thank you for the chance to comment!!

My wife has been looking for a decaf that doesn't isn't watered down, tasteless coffee. She's tried Pete's, Starbucks to name a few and finally found what she wanted a decaf to taste like with the Altura Decaf Dark Roast. Congrats!
