Oromia Coffee Farmers Cooperative - ETHIOPIA FTO NATURAL SIDAMO ROYAL SELECT WATER DECAF is sourced from a lot that the Royal team has selected based on cupping evaluations. After selection, the green coffee is pre-soaked in water to expand the beans for caffeine extraction. The beans are then introduced to a solution concentrated with coffee solubles that extract the caffeine without extracting the coffees particular flavor.

In a word, Delicious

When you love coffee, but your body resists caffeine, Cafe Altura comes to the rescue with decaf beans that grind into a wonderful aromatic yumminess. Ethiopian is my favorite. My heart and tummy love it!

Love the smell and taste of this Ethiopian l decaf. I first discovered it a couple of years ago, and was stricken when it was out of stock for several months. How fortunate that it was on the bulk special this month, so I could stock up!
