I'm not a dark coffee drinker but medium coffee since to be what our family loves. This coffee gives us plenty of flavor with or with any milk or sweetener added. I would definitely recommend it for a person that doesn't like coffee too strong but still enjoy good roasts without overly compromising the palette.
