Sociedad de Producción Rural Unión de Ejidos y Comunidades San Fernando - MEXICO ORGANIC CHIAPAS HG EP ROYAL SELECT WATER DECAF coffee is curated from lots that the Royal team has selected based on cup profile, physical preparation, and potential to express excellently once decaffeinated. During the water process, the green coffee is pre-soaked in water to expand the beans for caffeine extraction. The hydrated green coffee is then introduced to a unique solution of concentrated coffee solubles that draw out the caffeine while minimizing the loss of flavor compounds. Once the caffeine has been removed the green coffee is re-dried and re-bagged for transport, and the extract solution is filtered of its caffeine and recycled to be used again.

I really like it

I have always drank regular coffee but I recently needed to switch to decaf because as I have gotten a little older the caffeine seems to have a negative effect on me but I still love coffee. My brother who is very health conscious recommended this brand and he was not wrong! I love the rich smooth flavor and I really love that it is certified organic and water processed. I get the beans and grind them fresh at home and I do not miss drinking regular coffee at all. This is great coffee and worth ordering.

I have been drinking your coffee since at least 1990, first regular and now decaf. When I needed to find an organic source, it was the only brand that didn't cause a bad headache. My daughter now drinks only Cafe Altura, and visitors here enjoy a cup with us. Thank you very much for the product.

I was turned on to this coffee several years ago when I bought it at the local grocery store. I went back and purchased several times until they no longer carried it. I have since been using this site to purchase it. This time I got the beans to grind myself. This coffee is free trade and organic. is absolutely delicious which is difficult to find in a decaf coffee. It was sent out immediately. I truly appreciate.!!!
