Oh my! You will not be disappointed in the flavor of this coffee! This is what coffee should taste like.
The beans are dark, oily, fragrant. I fell in love with these the second I unsealed the bag. Yes, fell in love. Further, these beans do something none other have; keep. I've had these same beans for months in an air-tight and light-proof container, the way I keep all my beans. But unlike most beans which eventually dry out and lose flavor, these are still pretty oily and retain nearly all of the flavor it had to begin with.
